So I've been pretty inactive over the past few weeks, but this is why. Japan guide 205, 96 pages of information i probably could have just googled well i was there. But i like to have stuff written down in a neat way so i can have no worries well over there yup. I'll be gone untill May 8th. although I'll try upload some of my japan sketches up here over that time.

Characters

More Character designs, still pretty early. Last week I said I was going to do a warm lighting one, cool lighting and coloured...... well that didn't go too well. I struggled with that pretty hard for a for the first half of the week, then i gave up and decided to just colour them normally. So much to learn about lighting, shit is hard.

Dungeon exploring

What a bleh drawing, I guess this is what happens when you go in without a plan sometimes, I was just making stuff up as i went a long and yeah. It's not finished, I'm just not a fan of where it's heading.

Tribal painting finish

Welp, this is how the tribal lady turned out like, Cant say I'm super happy with the result. But I was using a new style of colouring, yup.

Unfortunately haven't had heaps of time for painting this weekend so stuff is still not complete. I guess this is what happens when you work on like 5 things at once. Also no background again, Nnxt time I'll do a background for reals.

Well back from Auckland and getting back into it. I have lots of ideas for things to paint so I'm switching between like 4 paintings atm. This one is the easiest so its the furthest along so far. It's good to be back painting
